    The Hanford Chamber of Commerce is honored to present this year's Public Safety Appreciation again for our County. We will be recognizing nominees from the following departments: Hanford Fire, Kings County Fire, CA Parole Unit, American Ambulance, Avenal Police, Corcoran Police, Hanford Police, Lemoore Police, Child Protective Serves, Kings County Sheriff, Kings County Sheriff's Detention, CA Highway Patrol, District Attorney's Office, and Kings County Probation.

     


     

  • Sponsorship Packages Available

    In order to receive the full benefits of your selected package we ask that you submit your sponsorship form, payment, and logo before June 1st. We will be able to accommodate most packages however by July 1st.
    Table Decor - No Cost to Us

    Sponsoring and coordinating the decorations on the nominee's table.  Each table will sit 8 guests. You are able to select the department of your choosing however it is first come first served.  You can also select more than one.  There about 14 dept/tables that are needing table decorations. Table decorations can include centerpiece, charger, napkins, sweets, company swag, or whatever else you wish to give the table.  The theme of the event overall it patriotic. You can choose to match our theme or you are welcome to create your own. More details will be provided June 1st regarding the set up.

    Department Sponsor - $350

    This covers the expense for the nominee, their guest, and the department presenter, to attend the event at no charge to them. The department will be of your choosing and is first come first serve. Your logo will be displayed on the table number, in the event program, and you will receive recognition during the event and on our social media pages. You will receive two complimentary tickets to attend. Please note you comp tickets will not be at the nominee's table, but will be assigned elsewhere.

    Event Sponsor - $500

    This package helps support the event as a whole, so that ticket costs can remain low for department staff, friends, and family, can attend the event at a reasonable price. The benefits associated with this package include your logo on the event flyer, social media recognition, your logo on the event program, and your logo on the event powerpoint. You will receive four complimentary tickets to attend.  Please note you comp tickets will not be at the nominee's table, but will be assigned elsewhere.

    Event Sponsor - $1,000

    This package helps support the event as a whole, so that ticket costs can remain low for department staff, friends, and family, can attend the event at a reasonable price. The benefits associated with this package include your logo on the event flyer, social media recognition before and after the event, your logo on the event program, your logo on the event powerpoint, and podium time at the event to say a personalized thank you to all winners.. You will receive a reserved table for 8 guests.

  • Important Event Detail

    • Tickets to attend are $25 per person and will be available for purchase starting June 1st. 
    • You must purchase them in our office or over the phone before July 5th. Tickets are not available at the door.
    • Printed tickets must be picked up prior to the event by no later than July 10th for an easier check in during the event.
    • Lunch will be catered by Santiago Rodriguez Catering
    • Seating is not assigned and will be first come first serve unless you purchase a sponsored table package
    • Each award winner will have a table reserved for guests of their choosing
