JR CEO Program

The Hanford Chamber Foundation is excited to bring this program back to the kids in our community for its third year! We are now accepting inquiry applications and will be reviewing them through the month of April.  We are hoping to select 12 students into our program this year. We will notify all those who submitted by May 1st.  The program will begin on June 13th and will consist of the next Thursdays and Fridays until June 28th. Sponsorships Needed!

Each participating student is sponsored in at $300. The price includes snacks and meals, 50 business cards, entrance fee for market day, social media creation, t-shirt with logo, supplies, assistance with inventory, assistance with marketing Market Day, and graduation ceremony for participant and their parents to attend. If you are interested in sponsoring a student please submit the form before May 1st.

Day 1 (6/13): Steps to Start a Business, Creating a Business Name, Business Plan Development, Program Overview

Day 2 (6/14): Logo Development, Marketing Strategies, Brand Development

Day 3 (6/20): Business Card Design, Social Media Creation, Product Development

Day 4 (6/21): Inventory, Cost Analysis, Banking, Customer Interaction
