    To access additional discounted prices and free activities for families please purchase the Access Pass available for only $10! On the day of the event you will need to visit the Hanford Chamber booth at the Mall Entrance with your ticket confirmation to get your Access Pass Wristband.  You will receive a program at that time that will list all of the free activities and discounts that are included by showing your wristband. The list is continuously updating so please check in to see what offers have been added.  Some supplies are limited so get yours before they run out!

  • This is the second year the Hanford Chamber is partnering with the Hanford Mall to bring to you a fun filled day for families! It is the mission of the Hanford Chamber to promote local business and support the importance of shopping local. This annual event helps highlight local mall tenants, creates opportunity for collective discounts, and provides low cost activities for kids! We are adding quite a few new activities this year and expanding the event to the Hanford Mall Parking lot.  This allows us to incorporate a market, food vendors, music, and so much more! Please continuously check back to view the updated list of everything happening at our Harvest Festival.  

    Interested in becoming a vendor!

    Please download and return this form with the necessary documents listed to apply. We only accept one business type for both food and crafts, so we highly encourage you to apply as soon as possible. We will close vendor application submission on October 1st. The application is not complete unless all proper documentation is turned in with payment to the Hanford Chamber.

    Mall Hours - 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

    Be sure to visit mall tenants during normal business hours to see what discounts are available to all. 

    Car Show - 2:00 pm

    Entry is $25 per car. Trophies will be awarded to the winners of Fan Favorite, Best Historic Car, Best Modern Car, and Best in Show. The carshow will commence with the award ceremony at 6:00 pm. Register your car here.

    Dog Costume Contest - 3:00 pm

    Entry is $5 per dog and two dogs allowed per owner. We will be awarding a Gift Card to Pet Smart for the overall Best in Show for a Halloween costume. Soo more information about registration and sign up to enter here.

    Baking Contest - 5:00 pm

    Entry is only $5 per baking item and you are allowed up to three items to submit for the contest.  The winner will receive a Visa Gift Card for Best Overall Bakery Item. Register your item(s) here.

    Beer Garden - 6:00 -9:00 pm

    Enjoy a cold drink on a cool night while listening enjoying the live band performing.  Must be 21 and over to enter.  Those with access passes will receive $1 off drinks.

    Live Music by Matthew Bailey - 6:00 - 9:00 pm

    Matthew Bailey is a talented local performer who lays down tracks in real time to create the sound of a full sized ensemble. He is truly a one of a kind act that you can't get anywhere else!
